At a tender age of 15 she dropped out of school at her mother’s behest to work in a factory cutting cotton threads to help feed the family & after six months was replaced. Thereafter she found a job as a cleaner in a private hospital & continued to work several labor jobs until she landed an office job at an insurance company.
